Heart Healing

Good morning. Another night full of dreams. Lots of play and night school. I think I'm going back to dream again this morning. Maybe not.
I Am again spending My day healing My heart by sending love to My fears and limitations and belief in limitation.
I have been shown something about healing that I have known for years but was a bit unclear. True healing comes from removing these shackles that bind Our hearts and minds. As I remove My own shackles (physician heal thySelf) then I can unlock the shackles for My others. I can also help “them” be aware of these shackles and the possible healing and if requested I can help remove the shackles BUT the choice remains an individual One and no One can choose for an other.
I Am focused on sending love in every direction. Out into the ethers, into the earth, into My fears and doubts and into any negative thought or feeling.
This makes for a very easy, relaxing day.
