Today:
A Christmas choir???????

Good morning.
We remember being busy All night but We do not remember many details
until the last dream before waking, it is very different for Me.
In some group
or school there were several positions open for volunteers. We
volunteered to direct the Christmas choir. This is unusual for Us on
many levels. We found out We were selected as the director of the
Christmas choir about half an hour before the first rehearsal.
Obviously, We were unprepared so We had no agenda. It would be nice
to think We would have had no agenda regardless.
It was One of
those dreams where the characters are kind of like caricatures of
people from Our waking world. That is also new for Us. There was a
pair of brothers from Our bus route. We have thought of these
brothers often, very unclear why, what role “they” play and that
is okay. This was certainly about the last place We would expect to
find either of these brothers, joining a Christmas choir. In fact We
asked “them” if “they” were there by choice or if someOne
demanded or “expected” “them” to join. “They” said it was
by choice. Also of note is that these two are not two brothers who
necessarily do things together, in fact Our observation would more
like: “they” rarely do things together.
The choir did
not have many suggestions or ideas for how “they” wanted to
proceed. “They” were obviously waiting for a leader and testing
Us being that We were new to the position. We tried some old
familiars and everyOne joined in fervently, no joking or fooling
around Once We started singing. “They” were All into the singing
of Christmas carols but definitely wanted direction. There was One
song that two girls had been learning in Korean and We encouraged
“them” to sing it that way while the rest sang it in English.
We took a break
and We rather expected most to not return after the break but it was
the opposite and some even brought printed music with “them”.
Then We started remembering more songs and as We All sang together
many would seem to just naturally sing harmony while others naturally
took the melody. It felt like a success in the end even though it
started out very chaotic.
We felt it was
important to the choir that We wanted “their” input and were
willing to lead “them” in the direction “they” wanted to go
as a group harmonizing in “their” own way. This is the type of
leadership that is very much in Our nature but We have been trained
to “take charge” and
bring an agenda. That would be Our normal M.O., especially if We had
time to prepare.
Now,
the purpose and reason for this dream is much clearer. We hope when
We are given another opportunity at leadership that We do not run
away (first choice) and that We pursue a type of leadership like the
dream. In other words, We hope We remember the dream.
Yes,
as We have felt since Our dreams early in the year, We do feel We
will be offered a leadership role soon in the creating of the new
earth/world/society/reality.
We
are taking care of a few physical chores like going to get water and
reading emails but mostly We are letting OurSelf drift and imagine.
We
checked the U.S. Presidential election results a few times. It seems
to be going back and forth. We do feel it is important that Obama
remain President. We hope that is the timeline We experience and
explore. Many of Us believe that both timelines (One Obama and the
other Romney) will happen (and many different versions/variations of
that main timeline) and it is up to Us which timeline We experience
and explore. The thing is that these are decisions/choices that may
be made at a deeper level than We are aware of due to Our life
mission and plan and purpose. We are going to be with the election
results still very much up in the air and We really are okay with
that for We know that We will get AND experience exactly what We need
for Our best.
