Today:

Getting Ready?

Good morning. We had a very restless night and We don't remember any dreams, We do barely remember dreaming. We are not sure if this is an indicator how quickly and easily We get sucked back into the old system just by thinking about going back to bus driving or????????? Is this something We need to walk through to clear or run like hell and send love to All the poor others that are stuck (or think “they” are) in the system?

We know that part of the problem last night was caused by getting back on All Our meds so We can pass the physical. Probably not the best idea but We really don't want to live on these meds and We need to get Our numbers down fast if We are going to do this and (unless the world shifts drastically before summer) We will need to have a physical every summer and We need to know how long it will take to get Our numbers in line. We also know that We will be best served by following some type of diet in the interim but We know how We are with exercise. If We can find a type of exercise We enjoy that would be different. Some way of playing with the kids? Or other drivers. We do NOT want to become a slave to this again. We do NOT want to return to being a slave to a job or the system or other people and that is VERY easy to do. We would not be surprised if THAT is really what this is All about.

Getting back to more deep breathing will probably help All of it.

We can definitely feel a difference in how We feel, think and Our mantras while back on the meds and it is NOT a good change.

Our blood pressure is All-ready within acceptable limits but the blood sugar is another story. No surprise there after months of lots of carbs and quite a bit of sugar. Not a lot of sugar for most people but more than I used to allow (most of Our life). Hoping to see the blood sugar drop quick after getting on the meds and diet.

We went through a lot of stuff We had put away getting out things We will want when We go back to driving. We do feel positive even in the face of some negatives. We know that We could also be an attendant if the physical isn't gonna happen and We actually prefer doing that but the pay is around $5 an hour less and the schedule even harder than driving a regular route. We know everything is gonna work for Our highest and best good. We really need to stay out of the old slave mentality tho.
