I believe Our dreams hold keys, that is why I like to share Mine whenever possible. Even before I was consciously aware of dreaming (with a few rare exceptions) I knew that I did My best work in My dreams. This was hard to accept, when I didn't even know that I was dreaming.
I believe We do hold the answers, at least Our Own answers, We just haven't remembered yet. I think dreams are Our way of remembering.
The Reconnections ( http://www.reconnections.net/index2.htm ) tell Us that the only illusion is that what We see is All there is. We create Our reality, not out of nothing, but out of everything. WE only include what is pertinent to Us at the time.
The Reconnections also teach that the only healing We need is complete remembering.
