Listen to All the sounds around You.
Let the sounds help You relax.
Every sound helps You be more and more relaxed.
Deeper and deeper relaxed.
Take Your time,
Relax and go deep into Your mind.

Recall Your memories,
Examine Your memories.
Recall and examine at Your own pace.
Breathe and relax.
Take All the time You want.
Go deep in Your mind,
Take Your time,
Examine what You find.
You control the speed.
Go back as slowly as You want
Or as quickly as You want.
Breathe and relax, and go deeper.
Go back in Your memeories as far as You want,
Go back as far as You remember.
Take Your time.
Breathe and relax.
Examine whatever You find,
Remember who You are.
Breathe deep, relax deep.
