Suggestions #1
“Start where You are”
I know this sounds simple and even obvious but the thing is that many of Us do NOT know where that is.
Interesting that I thought this One suggestion would be very easy to type up and yet I totally lost My momentum and had to wait until fairly late in the next day to go past that first statement. We will just have to see how this flows. If I find I need to re-think or rework this, I think I Am capable of allowing that.
My first three journeys are intended for helping people to find and examine “their” beliefs. I would think these would help each of Us find where We are, but maybe not???
A method (which I have just recently been introduced to) is called Access Consciousness. For the most part it resonates with Me. “They” apparently go for destroying and uncreating limiting beliefs etc. Obviously (if You have read My recent posts) You know that does not work for Me and I choose to release those and set “them” free. What does work (from Access) and really resonates for Me is: “Ask YourSelf questions”. I really like this approach. So, I suggest We each ask OurSelves where We really are. We might want to clarify: “Where We are spiritually, in relation to 2012, in relation to ascension, in relation to evolution, in relation to expansion” or some version of any or All of those (and beyond).
Then, let go of it. Let Your inner Self, Your higher Self, Your world and Your uni-verse answer You. Remember: whatever You believe, IS All-ready active in Your life. If You are asking where You are, it will be shown to You. You can relax and let the answer come. We may choose to deny Our answer and the best way to do that is to TRY to figure it out.
Another suggestion from Access is to spend 3 days (whenever a thought, judgment or belief comes to mind) asking YourSelf: “Who does that belong to”? I think this can help Us find where We are. A combination of the two questions will ( I theel) be very revealing.
A few pitfalls I found for MySelf: 1. Thinking I Am where I think I should be. 2. Thinking I Am NOT where I think I should be. 3. Thinking I Am (or am not) where other people think I should be. 4. Thinking I Am (or not) where I want/desire/hope to be. 5. Thinking I Am where I was but no longer am at. 6. Thinking I Am where I will be. 7. Thinking that what and where I see (physically) is the ONLY place I Am.
You may or may not relate and You may or may not find more tricks that You play on YourSelf. Give YourSelf as much time as You need to get an answer You are comfortable with. If You do not find an answer, that is okay, start there. “I do NOT know where I Am”. If that is honest, there is no better place to start.
It is like I often say about being willing: “I usually have to start with being willing to be willing to think about beginning to consider possibly being willing”.
Start where You are and be honest, as honest as You are capable of being.
We are All connected, I can not tell You exactly how that is. I know inside that We are. Therefore, it is not surprising that other people's thoughts and beliefs are running around inside Our heads, playing war and dictator and victim and and and........... These affect Us.
I Am suggesting that We acknowledge this and do Our best to sift through and find Our authentic Self. Again, if You do not seem to be able to do that, start with admitting this.
Whenever You are not certain, it is perfectly okay to tell YourSelf: “I think I Am.....”. Then ask You if this is correct and wait patiently for an answer. It may take time to get familiar with receiving an answer.
When I say: “Wait patiently” that might mean take a nap, it might mean weed the garden, do the dishes, go to work. Whatever works for You to get out of Your head, get out of trying to figure it out. If You think trying to figure it out is the answer, take a look at just how well that has been working for You and please be honest.
