Experiencing the
effects of happy thoughts

Good morning. We wake to play another day.
More
worlds and lives working with kids and more new friends. That's about
All We remember clearly except that whenever We woke Our head tried
to drag Us back into old limitation and separation thinking. We found
better theeling thoughts. Sometimes those thoughts are as simple as:
“I love You, I love Me”. It is important to keep love at the
forefront and build the rest upon that foundation. We theel that that
message is missing from this current course but then again he is NOT
telling what to think. This course is teaching Us HOW to think.
Even
typing this is bringing a smile to Our face and mind. We likes that.
As soon as We got up We thought: “One more wakeup and then We get
two weeks of dreaming in. We love being with Our students but We
really love dreaming in too. We theel that as Our waking life becomes
more of a multidimensional adventure dreaming will not be as
important to Us.
We
are reminded that autists live in multidimensionality so learning to
live in multiD is kinda like learning to be autistic except that We
remain functional in 3D. Many mild autists function in 3D also. We
are certainly visiting “their” world(s) and some of “their”
lives when/where We are invited in.
Our
waking world is not designed to include multidimensionality. It is
framed in and built upon limitation and separation. That separation
was done in fear and then anger. We continue to imagine/remember
separating with love and Our life and world evolving from there.
There are some memories of this evolution that came up before which
We are not able to remember (in waking) now and that has to be okay.
We are remembering to be delighted with OurSelves. Our brain is not
yet ready to translate and process everything that We are asking of
it. It is going through major readjustment and coping pretty well as
We have not yet fried any circuits. We also access Our heartmind
which is where better theeling thoughts come from.
We
love Us and are delighted with OurSelf. Isn't it funny how We have
taught and been taught NOT to think this way?
Part
of Our new thinking is to relax. We are used to Allways feeling
stressed and pushed for time. That is old thinking and beliefs. We
set “them” free with love. We forgive OurSelves. We love Us and
We thank Us. Our head is trying to protect Us and keep Us safe in an
imaginable hostile world. Remember: We created/imagined the danger
and hostility.
There
continue to be examples of returning to Our old limitation and
separation thinking. We are beginning to recognize these and finding
better theeling thoughts. Sometimes quickly, sometimes slowly.
We
are reminded to stay in the now and begin to really learn how to live
from/with/by inspiration. This brings up a lot of fear: We will fail
IF We do NOT plan and figure it out (WORRY). That is the trap. We can
keep doing things/life the old way and that will keep Us stuck in the
old way (DUH). Or: We can begin thinking naturally instead of
normally.
Fittingly:
today's
lesson/message is about taking short cuts which is about being in
a rush and the illusion of time and time restraints/constraints. We
do fall into this time trap a lot. Even now We are having difficulty
going against that current. We are remembering to breathe and relax.
We do literally have All the time in the world. We just convince
OurSelves that We do NOT have enough time.
As
We go about Our day We are having lots of opportunities to experience
how Our thinking affects Our world and that Our world/life/reality
really IS Our projection. Our thoughts create Our reality but it is
different than We had thought/believed/expected. It is not so much
Our specific thoughts about what We want or do not want it is Our
general thinking and mindset. This is why finding and holding better
theeling thoughts is sooooo effective. Doing this over and over
throughout the day changes Our mindset. It tells the uni-verse and
Our subconscious (which may be the same thing) that We want a better
theeling life. Then We can allow the universe and/or Our
subconscious to deliver it however is best for Us.
Today's
assignment was to begin thinking happy thoughts for fifteen minutes
every day. We did balk at that. It is hard to imagine doing that on
work days. However: We did return to theeling happy thoughts for a
few minutes off and on All day (or most of the day). This is a lot
like the difference in meditating and then going about Our day or
living in an attitude of meditation. Both are good and affective but
living Our ideal lifestyle works more better for Us rather than just
focusing on it for One short period every day. We enjoyed theeling
better theeling thoughts throughout Our day. We will try holding
these thoughts longer and longer. That is another advantage with Our
job: We can do this throughout Our day. Our job does not require Our
full attention every minute of Our work day. Even when We have kids
on board We can theel happy thoughts about “them” as We observe
and/or interact with “them”.
We
enjoyed Our day and are glad that We are having short days. At the
end of the day We got to experience some really stupid policy change
from the company. We got to choose Our reaction and judgment and
projection. Our old thinking kept coming up and We kept choosing to
theel happy thoughts, We choose to be happy now, We choose to be
delighted with OurSelves and We take responsibility for All of it.
When Our old thinking comes up We keep theeling happy thoughts and
choosing to be happy now. We forgive OurSelves for Our old thinking
and behavior. When it was time to face the companies changes “they”
are different than We expected, very different.
Again
We are NOT certain what We did with Our extra time at home but We
enjoyed doing it and are glad for the extra time. We had dinner
about the same time as usual and went to dream about Our usual time
but in a clearer and happier state of mind.
